The Nessting Place is a lovely 4 bedroom maisonette in a prime location in Inverness city centre. It is a lovely period property, lots of character, space and light. I hope others will love it as much as I do.

We provide a parking permit for free on street parking of one car, additional paid parking is available nearby.

The Nessting Place is a spacious period property in Inverness City Centre. The apartment has been lovingly renovated to create a fantastic home from home for groups of up to 8 people. The large bright living room is full of character, with comfortable seating, a smart TV, games, books and toys. The fully equipped kitchen, with its exposed brick wall and botanical details, has a table which can seat up to 8. There are 4 bedrooms; the spacious master bedroom has a super king bed and ensuite shower room. There three other bedrooms all of have double beds. Please note that the fourth bedroom is accessed off the living room. it is small, but perfectly formed. We also have a full family bathroom and separate w/c.

The Nessting Place is a maisonette apartment which is spread across 3 floors. This apartment is not suitable for those with mobility issues due to the number of stairs.

We can provide one parking permit for on-street parking; additional paid parking is available nearby.

One of the most thoughtfully prepared rentals we've stayed in...

Handy location, restaurants and shops a short walk away, easy parking. This unit had everything you need, well-stocked kitchen complete with dishwasher and laundry tabs, plenty of paper goods so you don't have to immediately run out and buy more toilet tissue, as is usually the case. Also a lovely welcome treat and good recommendations for activities and restaurants. We were there during a heat wave and the owner dropped off two fans, which were much appreciated. Would absolutely book one of their properties again.

Beautiful, comfortable, and convenient!

We stayed for 4 nights and totally loved the place. Every amenity was thought of, and communication/check-in could not have been easier. The apartment is impeccably decorated and furnished, and the location is unbeatable - basically <10 min walk to anywhere you’d want to go in Inverness. We’d recommend this stay to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and beautiful vacation home base!
