The apartment has spacious room with plenty of light, a brand new kitchenette and a complete bathroom with shower, while on the mezzanine you will find the double bed that makes it a bright, welcoming and cozy apartment. The sofa can be also converted in another double bed, recommended for children only.

First the location. It’s north of the historic downtown. 25 mins if you walk it. But the apartment is steps to the tram - GEST. One direction it takes you to San Marco - so basically accademia. From there you’re a 15 min walk to Uffuzi. The other way takes you directly to the train station and then on to the airport. So if you’re visiting it’s great. Away from the mob scene but easy travels. The unit itself is clear, bright, modern. Kitchenette. Good bathroom. Excellent bed area in the loft. Check in and out were easy.
