A dreamy place in Italy

Very beautiful and spacious house with everything you may need. It's a short drive to the beach and the picturesque villages Lucca and Pisa. The host Stefano is very friendly and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful base for exploring Tuscany

We were a family of five adults who stayed here for a week and found it to be the perfect base for exploring beautiful Tuscany. Camaiore, a short walk away, is a nice village for restaurants, cafes and an outdoor market. A lovely sandy beach is a 15 minute drive away. We loved Pietrasanta which is a 10 minute drive away, and we also spent lovely days exploring Florence and the chianti region from here. Stefano was an excellent host. He allowed us an early check in free of charge and arrived immediately when we had trouble working the stove. Enjoy!

Extended family stay

The noise from the main street under the house was a dissatisfier. But we enjoyed the spacious sleeping rooms but should have looked for airco since the weather was hot and wet. The outdoor space was nice for breakfast, but inconvenient for an early-evening dinner, too hot.

Lovely villa, Lovey views

Lovely villa with lovely views of Lido Di Camaiore. Stefano went over and above and booked (and double-checked) a taxi for my parents in law. Thanks again Stefano for doing this for us, it saved a lot of worry. The villa has a very modern television so you can stream whatever you want, the dip in pool was lovely to sit and chill out on a hot day. Decor is nice and as the photos describe, villa is nice and big with a big double downstairs and 3 big rooms upstairs.

La casa perfetta in Toscana

This beautiful house is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with friends or family. The living area is open and spacious. The large kitchen is fully equipped and there is even a barbecue. The shady garden with pergola and large dining table offers a dreamlike view. The sun terrace and pool complete the outdoor area. The house and grounds are clean and well maintained. The sofas and beds are very comfortable. Everything is lovingly furnished, you feel right at home. All windows have fly screens and can be darkened. There is hardly any traffic and no direct neighbours. The connection to the village is nevertheless very good. Shopping facilities, restaurants and ice cream parlours are on site. But you can also quickly get to the beach or the motorway. The area is beautiful and has a lot to offer for day trips. The children (5-8 years) could move and play freely and safely on the fully fenced property without us having to worry. The lizards that you occasionally catch sunbathing were a particular highlight. Stefano is a great host. Always available, very punctual and reliable. We were thrilled throughout and can recommend this accommodation without reservation. We will certainly come back again.

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten der nördlichen Toskana sowie der Cinque Terre. Auch zum Meer ist es nicht weit. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden schon mit einer Obstauswahl und einer Flasche Weißwein begrüßt.

Wir genossen eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in einer geräumigen toskanischen Villa mit Garten und Terrasse. Die Lage in den Hügeln oberhalb Camaiores ist ideal für viele Ausflüge: Märkte, bergige Landschaft, Meer, alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Stefano, der Besitzer, war immer ein freundlicher Ansprechpartner, sehr zuverlässig und hilfsbereit.
