This apartment has been newly refurbished and has all new furniture since November 2022. It has been designed to be a comfortable home for the duration of your stay with all modern appliances that we can think of. The kitchen is well equipped for most types of cooking and includes several coffee machines, kettle and even a hand blender. There is a washer / drier and dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. The apartment is fully air conditioned. There is a small balcony which can be closed off from the lounge with fun chairs which are suspended from the ceiling plus two additional chairs. Smoking is allowed in this area with the lounge door closed and the terrace windows open. In the lounge there is a comfortable L-shaped sofa bed, two extra comfy chairs and a flat screen smart TV with most TV channels provided in many languages plus movies on demand. The lounge has a folding dining table to the rear and can seat up to six people. The open plan kitchen leads on from the lounge. Down a short hallway you get to two bedrooms. One has a super king size bed (180 cm wide) with wardrobe, drawers and chair with a further flat smart screen TV while the second bedroom has a standard smaller double bed (135 cm wide) with wardrobe, drawers and flatscreen 4K smartTV also. Finally, there is the shower room. It is compact but provides a sink, WC with bidet function and a separate shower with glass doors that fold away into the wall. There is a lift to all floors and a disabled ramp in the reception area. There is also a communal garden available if you wish to use it. No parking is provided with this property but there is roadside parking around or a public car park about five minutes’ walk away which charges a maximum of 12 Euros per day.
