Discover Villa Llobella, set in the coast of the beautiful locality of Costa Blanca, Benissa, and just a few metres from one of its wonderful coves, Cala Llobella, where this great villa for 10 people is located.



The sound of the Mediterranean awaits you in this charming villa decorated with furniture in the Spanish rustic brutalism style.



The villa is divided into several rooms, the ground floor remains closed. The main part is accessed directly from the spacious parking lot.



This villa features a lounge-dining room with a beautiful decorative fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, another dining room with exterior views, where you can walk through part of its gardens to reach the leisure area; four bedrooms, two bathrooms with bathtub/shower and a room with incredible views of the beach, which can be accessed on foot. From the lounge, there is access to the pool area via a staircase.



It is undoubtedly a house for enjoyment, its large swimming pool with a slide will ensure that children and not-so-children have a great time during their holiday days. It has a barbecue with an oven, to prepare pizzas, a charming terrace and a spacious garden with fruit and ornamental trees.



The villa is located on the well-known ecological promenade of Benissa, so guests can enjoy it as soon as they step out the door. Additionally, it is also close to the beautiful Pinets cove and its beach bars where one can enjoy the wonderful Mediterranean gastronomy.



We are in a privileged area of the Costa Blanca, very close to beautiful towns such as Moraira, Calpe, Altea and Jávea among others.

Villa stay

Good location next to the sea ,qiute remote fro shops had to drive everywhere , the vilia need some loving and air con in each bedrooms and living area. Pool was great no issues ,

In general we really enjoyed our stay. The pool needed some refurbishment but this is planned during the winter outage. There was an unpleasant smell in the house when we arrived, this was traced to the kitchen bin which we prompt removed, only to find there was a trail of ants all over it. We aired the house but there was still an odour when we left.The building was really nice but could benefit internally from a little TLC or modernisation. All said we would have no hesitation in going back in the furure.

Relaxing stay in the Sun.

Good value for the money, doubt you'd do much better for a property that fits so many. Photos are obviously a little out of date, the gardens are not as well kept as shown. We had a great time with friends, very quiet and a partial sea view no matter where you are on the property. One bedroom has an ensuite. All other 4 bedrooms serviced by a family bathroom. Only 3 rooms have aircon, just worth considering in high season. Pool is an excellent size, hours of fun had. Owners could consider investing in a few more comfortably chairs to sit on outside for the evening, when enjoying a glass of wine. Car is needed for explore the many lovely spots close by. Denia definitely worth a visit. Would consider staying again if travelling as a large group on a budget.

Super vakantie

Prachtige villa met veel ruimte, verschillende terrassen met en zonder zon, geweldig uitzicht met zee zicht en een super groot zwembad in een zeer grote tuin.Villa was erg schoon en netjes.

Mooi perceel met leuke villa

Het perceel waar de, toch ietwat onpraktische villa, op stond was zeer mooi. Jammer genoeg was het weer net niet goed genoeg om een duik in het, weliswaar zoute, zwembad te nemen.De bedden konden beter. Borden, glazen en tassen waren er meer dan voldoende, bestek daarentegen was eerder beperkt in aantal.Prijs kwaliteit was OK.

Escapa en Navidad

Pasamos unos dias estupendos en la casa. Fuimos un grupo de 10 personas, 6 adultos y 4 niños. Estuvimos comodamente distribuidos. El comedor es muy amplio. El salón es cómodo aunque no cabiamos las 10 personas en los sofás del salón. El jardín es estupendo, con una barbacoa y horno de leña geniales. La piscina tenía un pintón tremendo, pero no pudimos usarla porque aun estando habilitada para su uso, fuimos en diciembre y hacia frio. A mejorar urgentemente en la casa. Los cuartos de baño. Se ven bastante viejos y uno tuvimos que dejarlo de utilizar por un problema con la fosa séptica.
