The apartment was as represented. It is in a very central, walkable location, with many restaurants, shops, etc. nearby. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and everything worked. Pre-trip communication was smooth, including arrangement for airport transfer (even though our flight was late). In-person check-in and orientation was friendly and helpful. The space is light, and the small balcony was a nice feature. I highly recommend this property.

Very central, cosy, quiet location in Lisboa. Walkable to everything and many restaurant choices. Management company was helpful and quick to reply when we had questions. Second bedroom is tight, but kitchen is well equiped and sunlight fills the main area. It gets loud on the street, but the new windows help immensely.

This apartment was perfect. We loved the area as there was shopping and many restaurants nearby. Our host, Luis, was so helpful in setting up tours for us (Tuk Tuk, Sintra). If we return to Lisbon, we would definitely stay here again.

The property was close to everything!! We did a lot of cooking while there, and could easily walk to great grocery stores. The air conditioning was fantastic! The apartment was very quiet and we would absolutely stay again!

The Good:The apartment is a beautiful flat on the 3rd (4th for Americans) floor with huge bright windows and several balconies. It was great to have a second bedroom for the kids and everyone slept well in their beds. The place is incredibly walkable and right next to a major train and metro hub so day trips are easy. There's an elevator so you can get your bags upstairs and a clothes washer. The communication from Luis and Joao was excellent and Joao was kind enough to meet us there when we checked in and give us recommendations. They were responsive when we needed things and gave us a lovely welcoming basket. Five stars for their service!The not as good:To be clear this place has everything you need and will be a nice stay. But for the price, it felt sparce. My biggest complaint is that there was no dressers in either room so no place to unpack for our week long stay. There were exactly four towels, four (not that comfortable) seats in the living room, and several blank walls. It didn't feel like a cozy place to unwind and live in at the end of the day, but more of a landing place for your adventures. Overall, I think this is a very good place to stay, and a great host, but for the price, I might look for somewhere that felt more homey next time.

We actually have in-built dressers a big one in the master bedroom (in-suite) and a smaller on in the smaller bedroom. We normally plan for each guests a pair of towels (1 big / 1 small), but if guests need more they can just get more just let us know. The living room is prepared for 4 guests correct, we respect your opinion and will analyse, but do not feel that way. Happy you had a good stay and enjoyed our service we will always do our best for our guest satisfaction.

We were two couples traveling together. Luis and his team were excellent hosts and were amazing for accommodating requests from airport pick up, to Fado tickets to basic questions about Lisbon. The location was great and easily walkable to most of Lisbon. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a washer/dryer were priceless for our family of 4 during the heat wave. 4 day trip

This property is located in a great spot for strolling around the old part of Lisbon and city center. It is very close to numerous shops and restaurants with access to various transportation modes. The apartment is perfect for a family or friends with great amenities and on a quieter street. One of the best VRBOs I have stayed at in past 15 years for all reasons above.
