A very clean and modernised cottage.

A very clean and modernised cottage.With everything you could want to hand.Location is great as you are very near to the Eden Project and the many National trust sites.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning next year

Well equipped downstairs bedroom and shower ideal for older person- very neatly organisedCentral heating was complex to work out as underfloor heating system - needed a degree in engineering to understand the instructions but we were comfortableTesco and Lidl down the road, parking space at back

The house was lovely and clean with alot of thought into extras i.

The house was lovely and clean with alot of thought into extras i.e milk, coffee, sugar etc. It is modern and beautifully decorated throughout. The welcome book was brilliant well thought out with all the information needed including the manuals for all the appliances. The location is really good, very close to shops including aldi and Asda. Bonus of a parking place just off the main road. I would recommend the house and location. Not far from eden project and other attraction. I have nothing negative to say. The only thing missing would be a visitor book as we all had a love stay at Trelawney cottage and would highly recommend.
