Newly renovated duplex with 4 bedrooms, with capacity for 6 people. Well located, 12 minutes from the best virgin beaches in Spain, next to the University and Holea Shopping Center. 20 minutes from Punta Umbría and 20 minutes from Mazagón, coastal municipalities, and especially with the possibility of living in the capital and enjoying the advantages that the city offers. Its great promenade next to the estuary, and its great boulevard, will make you have a great stay on our summer nights.
