Casa Bae, spacious, modern, two storey, privately owned Villa with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It is ideally located close to a supermarket and the beaches of Papagayo. The Villa is within easy walking distance of the Rubicon Marina. There you will find a range of high quality shops, tapas bars and restaurants and nearby the popular Playa Dorada beach.

The open plan lounge diner has a contemporary seating area, providing free wifi and Satellite TV including movie and news channels.

There is an enclosed Solana/utility room which houses a washing machine, iron and ironing board plus other essentials.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.

The lounge area has sea and mountain views. gardens and private, heated swimming pool.

There are 2 outdoor dining areas.

A large hall way leads to a staircase where 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, (1 en-suite) can be found.

The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. A small terrace with sea and mountain views is accessed from the master bedroom.
The second and third bedrooms have twin beds and there is a family bathroom.

There is also a private parking area at the front providing safe, off road parking.

The property was immaculately clean, light and airy with everything to make our stay home from home (almost true apart from us not having a pool or constant sunshine at home) I would highly recommend and will stay again on our next trip.

Lovely villa in ideal location

Villa was well equipped but with such high temperatures while we were there air con is really needed. The pool was brilliant and both children enjoyed it. Would stay there again.

Brilliant location, quiet residential neighbourhood only a short walk to Marina Rubicón. The Villa is very clean with lots of amenities including a great pool. Excellent communications with the host. Thoroughly recommend.

Casa Bae Playa Blanca October 2023

A modern, well laid out villa with everything you need and a lovely private pool. A 15 minute stroll to Rubicon Marina where you'll find a good selection of nice restaurants, and another 10 minutes to the lovely Dorada beach.

Lovely villa

Villa bae had everything we needed. Lovely outdoor space and well equipped kitchen. The view from the outdoor area is tremendous and has full view over playa blanca (sunset is amazing). 10/10 and will hopefully return next year
