On the edge of the Peak District and Yorkshire Dales Copley Loft is a newly renovated 3 bedroom house over looking the village of Shepley. Stylishly decorated with all brand new furnishings and appliances to a modern and airy finish, keeping comfort the highest priority. A great for location for families or just simply a groups of friends looking for time to relax in a friendly village setting .
The space
Featuring a large kitchen / dining area leading through double glass doors to a spacious living room. The second floor consists of a Master bedroom and 2 double bedrooms which are built into the loft of the house giving them their own unique character. Outside is a small concealed flagged & pebbled garden area which enjoys a large amount of sunshine. The property is accessed from a private courtyard
of which contains 2 parking bays allocated to the property.

Kitchen / Dining Area - 6 place dining table, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, washer/dryer and Amercan style fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser.
