INTERIOR:<br>There are two entrances: one via a staircase with wide, comfortable steps, and the other from the square in front of the trulli. Entering from the forecourt in front of the trulli leads into the living area, which consists of four trulli with exposed stone, where, on the right, there is a table with 4 chairs—perfect for an intimate dinner, as a study area, or for playing cards—and, on the left, a two-seater sofa and an armchair facing the fireplace. From the central trullo, there is access to the large, renovated “lamia,” where the living area continues: there are three sofas, a cabinet with a TV, and a partially separate dining area with a round table for 8 people, overlooking the gazebo facing the pool. <br>OUTDOORS:<br>The house is surrounded by a terraced garden of about 6,000 square metres, featuring many dry stone walls (typical of the area) and numerous shaded areas, mature plants, flowers, and herbs. There are 3 gazebos with canopies: one measuring 50 square metres facing the pool and near the kitchen, featuring a table for 12 people and a living area with a sofa, armchairs, an antique bench, and two small tables; another in the pool area with a daybed for two people; yet another on the square in front of the trulli, featuring a table for 10 people and overlooking the lush garden. Another outdoor gathering area has been created in the shade of the holm oaks in front of the trulli, and an additional relaxation area with lounge chairs has been set up under a massive, centuries-old oak tree that provides shade from lunchtime until late afternoon. An orchard is available to guests.<br><br>ROOM/BATHROOM DETAILS:<br>Room 1: on the second floor, a large suite with a double bed (160 x 190 cm) and a large en-suite bathroom with a shower and a window;<br>Room 2: on the second floor, a suite with a double bed (160 x 190 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower and a window;<br>Room 3: a trullo room with a ceiling height of 4.30 and a double bed (160 x 190 cm) on the ground floor;<br>Room 4: a large room with a double bed that can be converted into two single beds (160/80 x 190), adjacent to Room 3, on the ground floor. Room height: 1.90 cm.<br>Rooms 3 and 4 (adjoining) share a bathroom with a large shower and window (height 1.90 cm; shower height 2.10 cm)<br><br>HOUSE SPECIFICATIONS:<br>Guests: 8<br>Bedrooms: 4<br>Bathrooms: 3, 2 of which are en-suite<br>Housekeeping service: daily cleaning service for 2 hours, excluding holidays (cleaning service for additional hours is available upon request and for a fee).<br>Towels and pool towels: one set per guest per week (any midweek change, if required, is charged at 10 euros per set).<br>Swimming pool: salt-based system, digital control unit with automatic pH, salt, and chlorine control (12 x 3.80, depth: 1.20 throughout).
