About this property
Casa Pampini. A stunning villa set in beautiful Valle d’Itria with private pool
You will find Casa Pampini situated amongst the rolling countryside, located in a peaceful, tranquil and secluded spot in the heart of Valle d’Itria. Centrally positioned between the 4 beautiful local towns of Ostuni, Cisternino, Ceglie Messapica and Martina Franca. This beautiful villa consists of a combination of recently renovated trullo and converted lamia buildings, nestled within 2.5 acres of privately owned grounds with terraced land and olive, almond, fig, oak and pear trees.
The house is decorated in a stylish, comfortable style, ideal for three couples or a family group.
Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with walk in shower.
The kitchen is well equipped with a large kitchen table, Miele & Smeg appliances and coffee pod machine. The washing machine is located in the outside technical room.
All beds have organic pocket spring mattresses and Egyptian cotton bedding. Bedroom 1 & 2 both have double doors leading to the outside of the property.
There is a beautiful patio seating area immediately outside the kitchen, ideal for a morning coffee or leisurely breakfast.
The 40sq metre salt water swimming pool is surrounded by olive trees and beautiful views.
There is a large covered pergola by the pool equipped with a built in BBQ and sink, a sofa area for relaxing and table and chairs for al fresco eating.
Excellent Starlink WIFI covers the full property, pergola and swimming pool areas.
Reviews from guests this year:
"Our stay at Casa Pampini was perfect.
The house, pool and garden are all absolutely stunning. We loved the slight sense of isolation and the deep peace it gave us (though you’re very close to great towns, restaurants and shops).
The golden sun flooded the bedroom in the morning and in the evenings we sat outside to drink in the deep pink sunsets which were followed by indigo skies filled with stars. Lee and Sally have made an unfeasibly beautiful, but very comfortable house in a unique and special setting - simply one of the most magical places we’ve ever visited."

"Back in May this year, we had the pleasure of staying at Casa Pampini. It was our first visit to Puglia, and we were looking for a retreat offering peace and tranquillity, yet close enough to the centre of Ostuni. The casa is beautiful, capturing all the charm and character typical of the region. It has absolutely everything you could need for a comfortable and luxurious holiday.
I spent most mornings practising yoga on the top terrace, overlooking the pool and the stunning vista. The surrounding gardens are abundant with wild grasses and native flowers — a true feast for the senses.
We would highly recommend Casa Pampini to anyone looking for that extra-special touch of magic. It’s a must, and we can’t wait to return."

"We stayed at Casa Pampini in July 2025 and found it delightful in every way. The property has recently been renovated to an incredibly high standard—simple, stylish, and beautifully designed throughout. The pool is amazing, and the shaded sitting area became our favourite place to relax and enjoy long lunches and dinners. The barbecue was a great addition, too.
With plenty of land surrounding the house, Pampini feels totally secluded—an ideal retreat. You will need a car, as it’s in a rural position, but it’s very well located for exploring the beautiful historic towns nearby.
We had a fantastic stay and would definitely love to return".

Your host
I am a graphic designer and own and work in a busy design studio in Brighton in the UK with my husband Lee.
I fell in love with this beautiful area of Puglia 11 years ago and have returned with my family regularly for holidays ever since. In 2021 Lee and I decided to take the step to buy and renovate a property there. On our first day of viewing various dilapidated trullis and houses we saw and fell in love with Casa Pampini and its potential.
When we first set eyes on what was then the shell of Casa Pampini we were bowled over by the views, land, olive trees and beauty of the land along with the charming towns, friendliness and tranquil nature of the surrounding area. Although the house itself was just crumbling walls with holes for windows it did have planning permission so a renovation followed...Over the past 3 years we have lovingly overseen the restoration of the trulli and lamia buildings which make up Casa Pampini. Finally completed in 2024 all that was left to do was furnish and enjoy it. So for 2026 we feel it is finally ready for rental and for other people to enjoy the peace and tranquility of this very special place.

What makes this property unique
The setting of the casa is stunning, surrounded by nature and 360º views of undulating fields and trees. It is a very peaceful spot and within easy reach of many beautiful towns and villages full of incredible architecture, restaurants, markets and lively festivals in the summer months.
