Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath. The main/master bedroom has a full-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a full-sized bed . Comfortable for sleeping 4 people. The living room is furnished and has Dish TV and intrernet and land line phone. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with table that seats six, also microwave, washer and dryer. Situated on 35 private acres with stream and hiking trails. Has two porches to enjoy dinning and outdoor views with swing and glider. Guests may occaisionally observe wildlife such as deer. Nearby attractions include Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, Biltmore Estate, Mt. Mitcell ; all are 30 min to 1.5 hour away. The unique towns of Black Mtn, Old Fort and Asheville offer golfing and many dinning and shopping venues.

Our stay at Jake’s cabin

We were at Jake’s cabin for 4 days and it was wonderful. We had peace and quite and had a wonderful time. Your in the middle of the mountain and don’t even have to leave the cabin or it’s not far from a few wonderful towns would recommend to anyone.

Secluded mountain cabin review

my friend and I enjoyed our stay at the cabin. it was very quiet and peaceful with only occasional cars going by on the road in front. the cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay in October 2023. it is located in a beautiful setting with a huge backyard leading to a trail that we walk part way. we will definitely keep the cabin in mind for a future stay.
