This place is amazing and the host is phenomenal. The only complaint is the hot tub was kind of gross. It seemed like maybe a previous guest either wore regular clothes into the hot tub or an animal was in there because there was wads of hair and fur floating around that we scooped out.

Really sorry to hear about the hot tub. We have it cleaned and serviced before every stay, so I will make sure the company knows that the cleaning was not up to our standards. Thanks so much for the feedback and glad to hear that everything else went well. You’re welcome back anytime! Cheers, Alyssa

We loved staying here. The view of Granby Lake is breathtaking and the house is gorgeous. The hot tub is a definite bonus! We also enjoyed riding the bikes down the quiet street and onto the dirt road. It’s a quick drive over to Grand Lake and Granby, one of the nicest VRBO rental houses we’ve stayed at. The host responded quickly and was very helpful. We would stay here again and recommend it!

We had a lovely time staying with friends at this property. It’s convenient to Grand Lake and to Rocky Mountain National Park. I particularly enjoyed walking the lake path across the way, the wildflowers, and watching the soaring ospreys soar overhead.
