This charming 3 bedroom villa is situated on the outskirts of the popular Canarian resort of Playa Blanca. Both a supermarket and mini market are within a short walk whilst a great selection of restaurants can be found at Rubicon Marina as well as in the resort centre. Plus, you'll have a choice of sandy beaches within a short drive too! Villa Pepe Lanzarote is well furnished, homely and airy, with a private swimming pool. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.
Villa Pepe Lanzarote commands a great location, on the edge of Playa Blanca yet within walking distance of the resort’s main attractions, restaurants, and bars. The centre of Playa Blanca has a good choice of shops including a number of mini markets and souvenir shops and is only a 25 minute journey on foot from the villa. The resort’s 3 beaches of Playa Blanca, Playa Dorada and Playa Flamingo all offer stunning, sandy shores to enjoy.
