- A large fully fitted kitchen that contains a Nespresso Machine, a gas cooker, good size fridge-freezer, a microwave and an oven, an electric kettle, a toaster, and a Knife set. All kitchen equipment is provided, from pots and pans to cutlery and tools.

- Bedroom 1; Large Double Room with a King Size bed, large wardrobes and drawers, and a private desk with chair for smart workers.

- Bedroom 2; Large Double Room with a Double bed, large wardrobes and drawers, and a balcony to take you to the patio outside.

- Bedroom 3; reasonably good size Single room with a Single Bed, large wardrobe, a drawer, and a window.

Great location!! Close to bars/restaurants, metro & supermarket. Bigger than expected. Had big issues taking showers. The water was extremely hot and it was difficult to regulate. I told the person in charge and didn’t get any response. Do not expect to have basic stuff like water and other basics. Contact was not very responsive. One of my co workers sat once in the big swing and immediately came the downstairs neighbor furious because it was making a noise on rhe floor. But will stay again if they fix the hot water issue.!!!

Comfortable apartment ina perfect location!

We stayed at the apartment in July 2023. The weather was brutally hot, but the air conditioning kept things cool, and the kitchen and dining area was great when we didn’t want to go out for a meal. The location is amazing, within walking distance of the Duomo, and many other sites, and close to the Muscova metro stop if you are not as inclined to walk,
