Studio très bien situé dans un quartier calme. Il est propre et pratique, mais un peu sombre. Il est 1/2 étage au dessus de la rue, et donne sur une cour. J'y étais en mars et il faisait froid, et un peu difficile à chauffer (climatisation réversible un chauffage d'appoint). La literie est très confortable. A proximité, il y a des cafés et commerces, en sortant à gauche, à 200m, ou encore en sortant à droite et en traversant le boulevard. Je recommande plutôt le métro Mégaro Moussikis, sur la même ligne. Les trottoires sont larges alors que quand on vient d'Ampelokipi, il est très inconfortable de circuler avec une valise à roulettes.
