About this property

Indoor/outdoor pool 2 Bed 2 Bath 1st Level short walk to beach. Smoking unit.

Smoking unit - the front walkway and back deck. Please discard butts in the condo trash when completely extinguished; pine needles are used as mulch and are extremely flamable. An Oceanfront Complex - The Spa on Port Royal Sound - with all of the amenities. Two bedroom (one king, one queen), two bathrooms, 900 square feet, could sleep up to five. We are located in the middle of the complex, near the gated entrance. Two outdoor pools (open Apr - Nov for swimming)l newly renovated indoor pool and Jacuzzi; private beach. Workout room and sauna in the indoor pool area. There are three tennis courts, a basketball court and a playground area. The private beach which is about 750' from our unit. Complex has 24 hour security. This villa is a great place for families. The unit has private wifi. The unit includes washer and dryer, stove/oven, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster as well as kitchen items and bath items. Hilton Head Island is a premiere resort community. It has 12 miles of ocean beach, over 200 restaurants, golf, nature preserves, parks, shops, and bicycle trails. The island bike trail is right outside the complex.

Our Honeymoon Stay

My kids played tennis and basketball every day and had a great time body surfing at the beach. The pools were lovely as well. The home was very well decorated and a great size for the 4 of us. We had an awesome first visit to Hilton Head!
