We love this property. It is hard to reserve because it is very booked a lot. The host is a good communicator and gets back to you quickly. There is a great beach view. Everything is within walking distance.

Everything was perfect from check in to check out. It was our first time staying at this property but my relatives have been staying here for over 20 years and I know why. Perfect views. Perfect location. Perfect service. You will not be disappointed staying here. Everything you need at your fingertips or a stones throw away. Make sure you have dinner at Barcelona Tapas before you leave and do a food tour if you can! We will be back (as usual) and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay at this condo, especially for the location and the fantastic view from the 4th floor balcony. We enjoyed coffee in the early morning watching the pelicans dive and the boardwalk come to life. We didn’t find it at all noisy, while still being in the middle of all the action. The bathrooms were very nicely renovated with the Master ensuite having a double shower. Especially liked the lighting in the shower niche. Highly recommend this unit. The only thing missing was a dishwasher and washer dryer in the unit.

Perfect location close to great restaurants and shopping. The Condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is spectacular and a very wonderful place to sit and have a coffee or drink. Enjoyed my stay.

The condo was beautiful and exceeded all expectations.We have stayed in the complex many times and we truly loved this condo. The view was exceptional. Aaron was great in helping with any questions. The staff at the front desk were great in helping with any questions on contacting a taxi to which hospital to go to when I fell and broke my collarbone.

The location is excellent. The property is very safe and secure. It is older, but well maintained and gives the feeling of old Mexico I will definitely stay there again. The kitchen is well equiped. The staff are very accommodating.

We stayed at condo in Puerto Vallarta for 7 days in early September and we couldn't have had a better experience! The condo is exactly as you see on their site. The furnishings are comfortable, the kitchen is fully set up, and the new bathroom was very nice. The condo is within walking distance to many excellent restaurants and coffee shops/pastry shops, and quick groceries,The area is safe and the beach is very nice. We very much enjoyed our stay at Vista del Sol.

Perfect vacation property

This is a very comfortable place to spend some vacation time in the sun. The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, groceries. And it is right on the malecon. Every night we enjoyed a beautiful sunset from the patio.
