Fabulous Villa

Beautiful spacious villa, very comfortable and with excellent views. We were looked after extremely well by Samanta who went out of her way to answer any questions we had and to ensure we had a great holiday. The walk in to the town and back is doable (if not for the faint hearted!) and meant we worked our supper off on the way home. Would recommend Bar Nuevo who looked after us very well. Excellent stay and highly recommended.

Lovely property and location. This was our 3rd visit and its just as good as we remembered. Communication with property manager Sam was excellent with messages being answered almost instantly at any time. My daughter was disappointed that the cats had now gone but it didn't worry me one bit :) We will be back again

Lovely Villa and location

I went with a few friends. it was a great get away. You need to hire a car as there isn't much public transport to the town. we used 'Malagacar.com' it was really cheap and we had no issues. nearby the Villa is a nice little town which has some bars, restaurants a few shops and a great view! the kitchen is equipped with everything you need and there is also a Grill. I highly recommend this Villa if you are looking for something a bit quieter. Malaga is only 45 minutes in a car and Marbella is an hour. You can also go on a trip to Gibraltar which is just under 2 hours drive away.

Some after thoughts

The good: the view, size of property, clean. The not so good: no discernible insect control. There are spiders and ants freely roaming the house. No airco in the main area of the house this is a problem since then you resort to opening the windows (no screens on the windows) which in turn let's in the mosquitos, flies and some other biting insect. No coffee maker if you are with any more than 2 people that french press and Italian coffee device just doesnt cut it. No microwave: really,no microwave? The dishwasher does not work you will be hand washing all your dishes. The beds are super hard I did not have a single good night sleep since I sleep on my side and woke up in pain every single night. I even bought a mattress pad at IKEA. The pool is cold ❄️❄️. My family was able to use it but for me just too cold. No stereo system only a small TV. If Internet is material to you either bring a long cat6 cable because outside of the living room there is no wifi ( kinda cuts in and out in the master bedroom) The place is not for people that have mobility problems. Besides the above and the mosquito bump souvenirs i enjoyed my stay.......I think.

After Johan’s stay, 5 towels and a set of baby bed sheets where missing and a key box was broken. The guests left the house untidy. They didn’t report any of the raised issues during their more than 2-week long stay, not even during the mid-stay pool check. The feedback is evidently unfair and biased, written as if they did not read the description before booking. Expressing disappointment with missing amenities that were clearly NOT included in the property listing (e.g. microwave, stereo, heated pool). Fellow home owners we suggest that you avoid these guest.

La tranquillité dans les oliviers

Nous étions 2 adultes, 2 enfants et un aîné. Nous sommes tous du même avis. La propriété était parfaite et propre. Les oliviers créaient une intimité et un décor très reposant. La maison est équipé de tout ce qu'une famille a de besoin. Le chemin pour se rendre est sinueux et pittoresque. La vue pour se rendre au village est saisissante. La piscine est un atout majeur pour se rafraîchir et pour passer des moments de plaisir avec les enfants. Merci pour tout

Fantastischer Ausblick!

Wir waren im März in dem schönen Haus in Casarabonela. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr ruhig in den Olivenhainen gelegen und über eine etwas holprige, schmale Straße zu erreichen. Ein Wagen mit Bodenfreiheit ist von Vorteil.Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und landestypisch eingerichtet. Die große Wohnküche mit dem Kamin haben wir sehr genossen, da wir Regenwetter bei kühlen Temperaturen hatten. Die Heizung funktioniert sehr gut!!! Vom Garten aus hat man einen phantastischen Blick auf die Landschaft und den Ort. Zur Außenanlage mit dem Pool selber können wir dafür wenig Angaben machen,außer das nett aussah.

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances : La villa est telle que sur les photos, propre a l'arrivée, avec les draps faits 😍 L'endroit est très calme et reposant, la piscine chauffée par le soleil est à température idéale et tombe à point pour se rafraîchir de la chaleur Andalouse! Samanta est très réactive par messages et apporte les réponses à nos questions. Que du positif, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés !

Kort maar krachtig

Het was een rustige omgeving. Het zwembad was groot en heerlijk om in te zwemmen. Airconditioning in de slaapkamers, jammer dat er geen airconditioning in de andere ruimtes was, dit stond wel netjes vermeld. Voor een rustig verblijf is het prima.
