Spread over the entire top floor of the beautiful 16th-century Gothic Palazzo Pisani-Revedin and enjoying views over the Rio di San Luca canal to the fore, Palazzetto Manin envelopes 8 in the lap of quiet luxury within a refined and genteel setting of tall ceilings, pretty stuccoes, art deco wooden parquet and traditional terrazzo flooring.

Centrally placed within a gentle stroll of the Rialto Bridge and all the sights and star attractions of St. Mark’s Square, and providing guests with every home comfort including sparkling bathrooms, Wi-Fi, and chandelier-lit bedrooms which are as bright and spacious as they are well-appointed, its classically furnished and fully air-conditioned* accommodation boasts 8 Gothic windows facing the canal and comprises:

Large formal entrance hallway / dining room with a glass dining suite at its centre hosting 8 guests

OUR COMMENT
Gaze on gondolas gliding by from your windows on the canal! – a perfect palazzo apartment well suited to larger groups who’d like easy access to Venice’s central sights.
Moments to the charming Scala Contarini del Bovolo (Staircase of the Snail) via Campo Manin to the fore, and just a quick sidestep off the vibrant little shop-filled thoroughfare known as Calle de la Mandola / Cortesia connecting Campo Sant’ Angelo to Campo Manin, with the famous Rialto Bridge and district to the north and St. Mark’s Square and its myriad attractions to the south.
A short amble to the Teatro La Fenice, to the breathtakingly beautiful, ultra-atmospheric Palazzo Fortuny Museum of Mariano Fortuny y Madrazo – famous photographer, painter, stage and textile designer – well worth a visit if open (usually only during exhibitions) and the Multisala Rossini complex housing a 3-screen cinema and a large, newly re-opened Despar supermarket for stocking up on self-catering supplies.
Within easy reach of 2 vaporetto (water bus) stops for easy travel around the city – one at Rialto on the Riva Del Carbon and the other at Sant’ Angelo – and to 2 ‘traghetto’ services ferrying passengers by gondola across the Grand Canal (please check operating times) – one between the Riva Del Carbon near Rialto in the district of San Marco and the Riva Del Vin at San Silvestro in the district San Polo, and the other between Calle Del Tragheto near Sant' Angelo in San Marco and San Toma in San Polo.

Hosted by Views On Venice & Dimora Italia

Introducing Dimora Italia – a new arrival on the international luxury hospitality scene offering approx. 40 exclusive and prestigious short-rental properties in Italy. The result of the evolution of Views on Venice, Dimora Italia was born of the desire to expand into destinations beyond Venice that are regularly requested by VOV clients. Founded by Filippo Gaggia – an enterprising Venetian with deep roots in the city – and backed by over 20 years’ experience in luxury rentals coupled with the exceptional service offered by his friendly, dedicated team, his wish that his clients feel the true spirit of Il Bel Paese ignited the initial spark and fuelled his ambition to establish ‘Dimora Italia’. Embracing top-tier properties in Venice and Florence – many designed by Dimora Italia in collaboration with design partners ArchFlorence – further city bases, including Rome and Milan, are planned for the future. “We believe that the most rewarding travel experiences are those where you feel the true spirit of a place, where you feel fully immersed in your destination of choice. We look forward to welcoming you to our ravishing properties and introducing you to Italy as seen through our eyes.”
