With capacity for 4 people, two beautiful bedrooms, 1GB fibre optic Wifi, designed for teleworking, Smart TV, air conditioning and an unbeatable location, just a few steps from the beach and the promenade, where you can enjoy its typical food restaurants and breathe the atmosphere of the area.

This lovely apartment is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it can accommodate up to 4 people, with two cosy bedrooms, the main one with double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be joined or separated as needed. It has two complete bathrooms, bathtub and shower, equipped kitchen open to the pleasant living-dining room, which has Smart TV, air conditioning and direct access to the cosy terrace of the flat, where you can enjoy the sun and have lunch while overlooking the communal swimming pool. With all the comforts, it has a lift, Smart TV, 1GB fibre Wifi Internet, designed for teleworking and all the necessary services around. All this in a quiet residential complex with a magnificent communal swimming pool and large green areas.

Strategically located in the heart of Caletillas, just a few steps from the beach and the promenade, with a pleasant local atmosphere, where you can enjoy its restaurants and cafes. It is perfect to enjoy a unique holiday in Tenerife.

The property has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, air conditioning, a nice living room with access to the terrace, hairdryer, bed linen and shower towels, 1GB fibre Wifi Internet, Smart TV, baby cot and high chair, lift, two bedrooms, communal swimming pool and much more.

Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.

On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.

We were told to be on time for checkin with a firm tone. The welcome host was 30 minutes later and never apologized.Furniture was uncomfortable, especially the beds.Location was good but area doesn’t offer much
