The living areas in the property consists of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining seating for eight guests, a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove and a shared games room with pool table and table tennis. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor super-king-size with en-suite bathroom, a super-king-size with en-suite shower, a king-size with en-suite shower and a double with en-suite bathroom. Outside there is a front gravelled area with furniture and barbecue, as well as private parking for two cars. Within 3.5 miles you will find a shop and within 2.2 miles, a pub and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are also available on request. The spectacular caverns in neighbouring Castleton and Little John's burial site in Hathersage are both well worth a visit, as are the other stately homes to be visited, including Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, and Hardwick Hall to name a few. See the spectacular Edwardian Opera House in Buxton, which was created by Frank Matcham, who also created the London Palladium.
