A delightful single storey detached holiday cottage located Higher Roswin near St Minver, North Cornwall. Sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.

Amenities: Night storage heating, multi fuel stove. Oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, drying rack, tumble dryer. TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Private parking. Small lawned garden and patio and barbecue. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Wetsuits can be dried in the bathroom as there are hooks these can be hung from. No smoking.

Town: The seaside village of Polzeath boasts a sandy beach, which is bordered by rock pools and is acclaimed to be one of the best surfing beaches in the country. Polzeath itself has a number of small shops, cafes and restaurants, and the South West Coast Path, a 630-mile route, runs through the village.
