Riverside apartment with views and parking

Newly refurbished one bedroom apartment in the heart of Kingsbridge. Situated at Riverside on the highly sought after Embankment Road with side estuary views. Access to beautiful communal gardens and parking.

The property benefits from a newly fitted kitchen complete with Bosch appliances, a spacious lounge with estuary views, a comfortable bedroom and a luxury bathroom.

As you enter the property, on the right is a luxury family bathroom with a rain shower over bath complete with Grohe taps. On the left is a large wardrobe with frosted mirror doors with ample storage for clothes and shoes.

As you move into the property, there is a spacious lounge with great views of the estuary from the large picture window. There is a three seater pale blue sofa, Smart TV and work station to enable business guests to work remotely.

At the back of the property there is a small but perfectly formed kitchen. There is a Bosch oven & dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, large sink and plenty of storage. There is also a small table and two chairs.

At the back of the property, there is a cosy bedroom. There is a comfortable double bed, chest of drawers and full length mirror. The bedroom is situated at the back of the property away from the road so it is quiet at night.

Outside there are beautiful communal gardens at the front which guests can use which have superb views of the estuary across Embankment Road. At the side and back of the apartment block there is unallocated parking as well as a bin store.

Kingsbridge is a lovely market town situated at the head of the estuary with great access to Salcombe (via boat, bus or car). There are some super beaches a short drive away (Blackpool Sands, Beesands etc). The Crabshell Inn is a short walk away and ideal for drinks or all day dining.

Kingsbridge flat self-catering near the river
This is a beautifully fresh and clean flat with parking at side or behind, its at the back but you can see the Eastry from the side lounge windows from the sofa, perfect for two to get away, it has a huge cupboard/wardrobe in the hall way to store all you need, ladies you may need to take a few of uour own hangers, but there is draw space in the bedroom, bed comfortable, kitchen has all you need, we ate out all the time, visit the (crabshell inn) across rd thenwalk along path away from town along river side it tucked behind houses fab place and great food. The only thing i think the flat needs is a small over bath airer as i swim daily and struggled with drying my towles and swimwear.apart for that little suggestion it was perfect. It has hoover which i used daily, creM carpets, and had everthing one could need even tea bags, shower gel, cleaning products , so i left it spotless. Thank you it was a perfect stay for 7 days.
