Beco Santa Emília 1C is a fully renovated city apartment, ideal for families and groups of up to four people.
The apartment has 71 m² and comprises two bedrooms with double beds (1.6 x 2.0 m and 1.4 x 2.0 m), a living room with dining table, kitchen, bathroom and a rear terrace. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible by lift and by stairs.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (200 Mbps), TV with international channels, amongst other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The apartment is located on a quiet street close to the city centre, 300 m from the Town Hall and 750 m from the Farmers' Market. The Old Town, Funchal Marina and seafront are less than 15 minutes' walk away.
Nearby there are cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, groceries, wine shops, shops, museums, pharmacies and clinics.
Although a car is not necessary, there are two public car parks 140 m from the building. Free parking is possible at night and weekends on nearby streets.
The Aerobus stop is 850 m away. There are bus stops 150 m away and by car there is easy access to the main roads in Funchal and the motorway to explore the island.
NOTES
Some repair works will be carried out in an apartment in the building, which may cause temporary noise.
Cleaning is done before check-in and there is weekly cleaning, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
Due to the island's climate, insects may unexpectedly occur. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up food scraps and keep food well wrapped.
It is recommended that people sensitive to mosquito bites use insect repellent when moving around the island.
There are security cameras in the common areas of the building outside the apartment.
An increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties and behaviours that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not permitted, particularly between 22:00 and 08:00 when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival time is available through a key safe whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For in-person check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time may be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be asked to present an identification document at the time of arrival and to provide missing identification data to comply with legal requirements.
5. Any damage, incidents or cleaning failures must be reported as soon as they are detected so they can be verified and addressed promptly during the stay. Problems reported late merely for the purpose of obtaining a refund will not be considered.
6. Guests must inform about allergies, constraints or special needs before or shortly after booking to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
