Lake Tahoe Family Vacation.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. The house was perfect for our family. My kids loved the card tables and indoor hot tub. The kitchen was great for cooking. The views were a very welcome surprise that we didnt realize from the photos, and we really enjoyed watching the sunset. The house is really well located to get to amazing hikes, beaches and both South Lake Tahoe amd Incline Village. The host was also very responsive.

We had a great stay! The kids had a blast in the sauna. Also, the pool table came in very handy for entertainment. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need as far as appliances plenty of plates cups, spoons knives, mixing bowls everything definitely would recommend this place to others, and we will more than likely book this location again,sometime in the future as well

Great location, lots of space

Very nice location and great size for our family trip of ten people. Accessible to a lot of things to do - beach, hikes, shops, etc. Games and pool table to keep everyone engaged. Well stocked kitchen with appliances and utensils.

Large Home - Great for Families

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home accommodated everyone in our party comfortably. The amenities were especially great for the kids, and the house was very well stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there was plenty of seating throughout the home for everyone to gather and relax.A few downsides were that we didn’t have hot water upstairs, so those showers were unfortunately cold. Also, the 5th bedroom is downstairs in a separate corner of the house, which made it feel a bit disconnected from the rest of the group staying upstairs. The hot tub also only worked the first night — by the second night it had turned into more of a cold tub.That said, none of these issues were deal breakers for us, and we understand this is an older home. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book here again. Also, great location.

Breathe Taking Views

Our family ages 60 all the way down to 6 enjoyed every aspect of this home. Our family of 10, 4 adults and 6 kids loved playing pool and hanging in the hot tub! Kitchen is fully stocked, we had a full Christmas dinner! The views are absolutely amazing and so close to Tahoe! We will definitely be booking next year!!

Huge home-actually almost 2 homes. Downstairs is a complete apartment with one bedroom (2 twins) and one small bathroom, kitchen, living room, big covered patio, pool table, and hot tub. Upstairs is all the other bedrooms and bathrooms, large deck and adjoining kitchen. The living room was almost unusable because it was so hot. The sun heats it up even though we closed the shades and the high was only 72 degrees! There was plenty of seating all around the kitchen and we spent quite a bit of time on the upstairs deck which has 3 large tables and lots of nice chairs. The kitchen has plates, silverware, glasses for probably 50 people. Spice-rack. The ovens and stoves and fridge all worked great. Huge bonus is a big ice machine built into the counter. So we never needed to buy ice. My bed was very comfortable. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms. 7 single adults stayed and all had a bed. There is quite a bit of freeway noise being right off of Hwy 50 but not too bad. It’s conveniently located across from the lake but beach access is not walkable.

This indeed is a very unique and accommodating home, we're glad you loved it. Yes no AC in Tahoe can provide an obstacle but we're glad you were able to find ways to stay cool and have a great time. The ice machine is a great perk. Take care!

Property management LLC should tell Hot tub and Sauna room not working before check in I would like to get credit back for that

Hello, The day before your stay the hot tub pump broke. This is not something that can be fixed in one day. We did call and let you know about that. Per our contract there is no refund for something like this. The sauna is and was in working condition, that has nothing to do with the hot tub.

The hot water would get cooler several times. And someone came to look at the heater. But it still it later. But everyone was quick to respond.
