This studio is located on the north side of Charlevoix where you can be on Lake Michigan beach with a 5-minute walk. The studio provides central air and heat if needed as well as large ceiling fans. The bedroom includes a queen bed with a Sterns and Foster pillow top mattress for your comfort. There is a kitchenette that provides seating for 4, a microwave, dishes and silverware, a coffee maker, and refrigerator. The living room area has a full sofa and a chair in-a-half with ottoman; the chair in-a-half folds out to a full bed. There is WIFI, Spectrum TV, a 55" Samsung flat screen TV run with Roku.

IN 2026 I WILL BE OFFERING WEEKLY AND MONTHLY RESERVATION DISCOUNTS.

4th of July Stay

Return trip to this VRBO listing and it was perfect, just as it was previously. Only wish would be an outdoor area/table & perhaps a grill for those staying more than a few nights :) Great host & great communication.

Wonderful

The property was very clean and modern. The bed was so soft and comfortable and luxurious. The space was larger than it looks in the pictures. Great location, close to Petoskey and Fishermans Island State Park. Will definitely be staying here again!

A WEEKS GETAWAY TO EXPLORE CHARLEVOIX

Cozy and cute stay right by downtown!

The studio was not only cozy and well-equipped, it was just a short drive to Bridge St. and all of the places you want to visit in Charlevoix! We loved the comfy bed and the nice shower, but were mostly happy to sit and have a cup of coffee together before we started our days in the sun!

Well kept studio

We had a great stay here. It was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our few days away. The location was very convenient to the beach and downtown Charlevoix. The only thing I would suggest are some brighter lightbulbs in the lamps but I like lots of light, even at night :) If we make a return to Charlevoix, hopefully we can book here again!

Roomy studio

We had a nice few days in the garage studio apartment. The location worked well for our visit. It is about a mile walk into town. There aren't any streetlights for the last part of the walk, so be aware if you plan to return (by walking) after dark. The apartment is open plan; the bedroom area does not close off from the kitchenette or living area. The living area is roomy with a couple of couches and a small table. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. There were deer right outside our door.

Did not know that a studio apartment meant “up the stairs over the garage”. Not good when your partner has a bad back, full disclosure would be good here. The description also offered a grill for use on the deck, but the deck had a barricade of chairs blocking its use. So disappointed because I was looking forward to fabulous dinners from the grill and evenings with a glass of wine; but we are not a couple to rock the boat on our vacation. Only found out when we were leaving that it was meant to keep the deer out. A quick note would have been helpful. Morning yappy dog in the main house was a bonus not mentioned in the description.

In a well established, quiet neighborhood. Very close to downtown Charlevoix, though we chose to drive, plenty of parking downtown. Apartment is well appointed, clean with a very comfortable bed. There was nothing we were lacking. Check- in seamless, good communication with owner. First time using VRBO instead of a hotel, would do it again. Perfect for two seniors attending a wedding.
