IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 15 KWh/day is included. Excess consumption will be charged separately. In the case of monthly rental during the off-season with a discount, electricity is not included. Pets and youth groups are not allowed. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
