The property is quite charming and we felt very at home. It has a lovely view from both the front room area and the upstairs terrace. We were here in October and did not need to use the air conditioner but there is one for downstairs and a fan for upstairs. Communication with our host, Benedicte, was good. We would love to stay there again. Just as a note: if you have mobility issues there are very hilly streets to get to it and steep stairs to enter and to get up to the bedroom. There is a small store in the village for drinks but for real groceries, bread, and wine you will need to take the 44 bus down to Square Bourdet in the main town of Cagnes.
