What makes this property unique
Wall mounted electric heater. Induction 2-ring hob, microwave, fridge with ice box. Hair dryer. Clother airer. WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Blue-tooth sound system. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking available. Private front garden with lawn, patio, furniture, outdoor double-ended bath and fire pit. Sorry, no smoking. One small well-behaved dog allowed - £10 per pet per day. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 0.2 miles, river 0.2 miles. Note: The shower room is quite compact which may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility. Note: There are four steps up to the property. Note: The owners live in the property next door and are available for a chat, advice on the local area etc, but guests will be left to enjoy their own space and privacy.
They do have a small dog - Ted - who might occasionally wander in your direction. Note: The garden is bordered by a stream and is not suitable for young children, but couples are welcome to bring a young baby and a travel cot but the dining table and chairs would have to be folded away to make room for this
