Featuring four modern bedrooms—three with king-sized beds and one with two singles—it comfortably accommodates your group. Cook in the spacious open-plan kitchen, unwind in the vibrant lounge, or soak in the garden hot tub. Ideally located, it’s just steps from charming towns, family attractions like Peppa Pig World, and the stunning New Forest. Enjoy a memorable getaway in this inviting retreat!

This large house features an open-plan dining room and kitchen, complemented by a stylish and spacious lounge area with TV. It includes four bedrooms: one king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, two additional king bedrooms, and a room with two single beds. The garden is equipped with a hot tub.

Additional fee of £50 for pets which will be charged before check-in.

Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Christmas stay

Lovely house, spotlessly clean. Heating was on when we arrived and the Christmas tree was twinkling. The house is spacious and welcoming. The hosts are very helpful. Sky glass tv in the lounge was brilliant Loved the musical theme throughout Would definitely book again We had a great Christmas stay
