The house was exactly what you see in the pictures. Not fancy. Just right for a family trip. The distance to the beach is definitely walkable even with small children. The house has a beach wagon, small coolers and plenty of beach chairs and toys which was a nice surprise if you are bringing kids.

Our stay was great! The house had everything you could need to have a great beach vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked. Pool was fully stocked and Clean. Our host was amazing with communication. Could not say enough about the location and how great our stay was !

Kathy was a great host. We needed something fairly late one night and she made a special trip over to bring them to us. The house was bigger feeling than the listing made it sound. Over a great trip and I will book again.Thanks….

Enjoyed our stay very much. A multigenerational group, parents, kids, and grandchildren all had a great time. Layout of the house was about perfect. The extras-beach chairs, sand toys, area entertainment very good. Air conditioning worked super. Pool was enjoyed by everyone.

This home had everything we could ever need and more for a fun and relaxing family vacation. Great location, close to the beach. Home was very clean. Highly recommend for families with children of all ages. Vary large home and there are many different areas for people to gather and hang out. Highly recommend!

Amazing house and location. One block from the beach. House has everything you need for a day at the beach including chairs and a cart to get them to the beach. Plenty of bedrooms and space. Florida room off the pool is where we spent most of our time at the house if not in the pool. The pool has a shallow end which is great for little kids who can’t swim. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a pool/beach vacation!

The house was beautiful and immaculate. The beach is a very short walk and very private. We spent every day in the pool, which was a perfect temperature and loved it's built in lounge areas. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and is positioned within walking distance to many stores and restaurants.

Had a great stay with our family. Kids and adults all loved having beach access just a block away and the pool in backyard. Well stocked with all we needed for the pool and beach. Plenty of space in the house and great hangout space just off the pool. Location is nice for morning walks in beach or along the side roads of the neighborhood.

Universal and Beach Days

Great trip

Cathy is always a great host. This location was perfect for our family of 11, ages 4-60. Short walk to the beach, great restuarants, and loved the private pool. Accommodations were perfect.
