The apartment is inside a larger farmhouse built in the 15th century to complete, like other peasant structures, the main settlement, i.e. the famous Villa Strozzi Il Querceto, registered and surveyed in the cadastre of the time exactly in 1427. The central part of the farmhouse where there is a stone staircase dates back to the original construction, that is to 1489. Subsequently, over the centuries, many modifications have been made. Even today, during the architectural recovery on the walls, the ancient paintings have been restored with large horizontal bands that recall the Renaissance style.

You can reach the centre by car in approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Alternatively, public transport is available and 8 minutes by walk from the property which will take approximately 20 to 25 minutes to reach the centre.
The flat is newly refurbished, brand new, unique and well finished with top quality amenities.
The apartment features a comfortable Queen size bed (165x200) with a 25cm high mattress. The flat has an en-suite bathroom and a full kitchen that will allow guests to prepare their own meals.
