A area with a great atmosphere: a walking area right next to the beach. Full of places to enjoy yourself, where you can savour some fried fish, have a chat with friends, take a stroll along the beach, or share a beer... The apartment is on a pedestrian street, away from the nighttime noise. It features a terrace with ocean views and over 25 metres of floor space, where you can watch the sunsets and enjoy the sea.

Lovely property near Pedregalejo promenade and beach. Very clean, fantastic roof terrace with 2 sun loungers; a sofa and table, and another table and 2 chairs. Great water power from shower. Juan was very helpful.
