Located in a quiet area, near a park, and only 5 minutes from the beach and next to the escuela de surf Shelter.
The house has three spacious and bright rooms. Two of them are double bedrooms, that is, with 2 beds of 90 each and the main bedroom has a double bed and a full bathroom. There is another full bathroom provided in the house. Wifi access.
Provided also is the balcony to the east, which you can access from the living room which overlooks the park and greenery. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides eating utensils.
The house has a garage in the same urbanization with the possibility of parking two cars, something highly recommended since parking in the area where it is located is especially difficult in the summer season.

Apartamento cómodo y luminoso!
La cercanía a la playa, la limpieza y distribución de la vivienda con mucha claridad y la terraza. Vuestra atención y gestión un diez.
Los baños un poco antiguos.
En la terraza,la barandilla poco segura por abajo, pondría algún tope.
