Gorgeous stay

Beautiful surroundings, lovely family, very modern villa Really enjoyed our stay would love to stay again. Little bit of a confusion that the listing said there was a kayak and bikes on site no they had to be hired at a hotel on the coast. But it didn't matter the place was amazing and so was the pool. Which was kept very clean. Great views amazing place, thank you for looking after us.😀😀⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just Amazing :)

The property was fantastic. Super clean, very modern and comfortable! My husband, my mom and 2 kids staid there with enough space for all. Mimo, the owner and his family were incredibly friendly and very welcoming. I would definitely come back. Just 20 minutes away walking distance from the beach and super location when visiting Côte d’Azur!

Beautiful property

Immaculately clean and well-equipped apartment with good internet and smart TVs in all rooms. Good quality (and quiet) air conditioning throughout and was much needed. Pool was clean and well looked after. Hosts live upstairs and were kind and helpful. Only drawback is the A8 motorway which can obscure the beautiful view of the valley and does have some noise which is only heard when outside the property. We had a great stay!

Comfortable apartment with excellent kitchen facilities in Latte

Pool is shared although in the photos it looks like it’s yours. Very clean & comfortable with good aircon. Plentiful towels & linen. Washing facilities. View of the motorway & noise. Quite isolated but the supermarket at the bottom of the hill is excellent & has absolutely everything. Several issues along the way but Dominico, the owner was quick to help but not always resolved.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Pool – sauber, angenehm temperiert und genau die richtige Größe zum Entspannen. Auch die Lage hat uns überzeugt: gut erreichbar, selbst mit einem größeren PKW, und Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor Ort. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Der Check-In war etwas holprig, da wir nie die genaue Adresse erhalten hatten. Domenico konnte auch kein Englisch, was die Kommunikation etwas erschwert hatte. Ansonsten hatten wir einen wirklich angenehmen Aufenthalt und konnten Domenicos italienische Gastfreundlichkeit sowie die wunderschöne Ferienwohnung und ihre Lage genießen.

Das Haus ist schön. Alle beschriebenen Räume sind im EG. Im OG wohnt der Vermieter mit seiner Familie. Das war für uns eine Überraschung, da es nirgendwo kommuniziert wurde. Und auch auf Anfrage wurde es uns nicht mitgeteilt. Aber Domenico ist sehr sehr nett, großzügig und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns immer wieder frisches Gebäck gebracht und er hat für uns gekocht! Auch bei unserem Reifenproblem war er uns sehr behilflich. Die Lage ist super! In 20 Minuten ist man in Monaco, san Remo oder Nizza. Zwei der Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein und haben kleine Fenster. Eines hat keine Klima. Küche ist groß und voll funktionsfähig. Vielen Dank Domenico für die Gastfreundschaft!
