Crappy apartment, stay clear
I don't know where to start...
The day of our arrival, the agents left multiple aggressive voicemails telling us that our apartment would be cancelled in the next two hours as we hadn't paid. We actually HAD paid, they got it wrong on their end. No apology from their end, no follow-up.
As we walked into the flat (3.30pm), the cleaner was still there, only half done "cleaning". As they left, we realised they had only vacuumed (and poorly as there was hair everywhere from the prev resident), no mopping. Used towels were left in the bathroom. The whole apartment was still dirty. During our visit to London, no one ever wanted to head back to the apartment! The kitchen was gross. The cutlery thrown in a holder under the kitchen sink! We ate breakfast out every day despite having a kitchen due to how fowl the kitchen was presented. No hooks/rails for towels in either bathroom. Both showers didn't drain meaning we couldn't shower for the final two days of our stay. Why didn't we complain? We didn't want to call the agents as 1/ they were very poor communicators and 2/ we didn't trust them to be in the flat without us there.
Stay clear.
