Very tropical, private and peaceful, short walk to everything happening downtown
Located in Sarasota's first and oldest neighborhood, quaint Laurel Park is walking distance to everything downtown.and very short drive or bike ride to beaches
It wis very quiet and private. The backyard is large, completely enclosed with a beautiful 6' wooden fence. Lush and tropical with backyard furniture, patio table for eating, remote working, or reading. Grills, beach chairs, enclosed washer and dryer... It's a beautiful slice of old Florida for the sole use of the two apartments and your guests. You won't want to leave.
