The property is exactly as shown on VRBO and is even better in person. This is easily one of the nicest units in the complex and the views are outstanding. There were some minor issues with wi-fi and there were some maintenance issues that are required. Specifically, the hot tub has some broken headrests, some jets were not operational and there were some walls in the unit needing to be painted, but overall, the unit is clean and well maintained. Our biggest issue was the check in process which was very stressful as check-in details were not shared until the day before, and the unit requires physical keys handed over in person. It would have been far easier to have an electronic lock, or at minimum, a lockbox outside of the door.There are a few items on the description of the unit which might need editing. The VRBO listing says there are 2 flights of stairs and there is actually only 1 flight of stairs up to the unit. There also is no mention of a washer & Dryer in the Unit, but there is a pay laundry in the Building. The Lisitng mentions a “small courtesy set” but this was not provided. And lastly, the bedrooms should be properly labeled as Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 in the listing to help guest identify the different bedrooms. This was initially confusing and required a clarification with the rental company.
