This apartment is in a perfect location! In the historical city center, but not on one of the busy/noisy streets. Great for a family vacation. Highly recommended!
I totally recommend not only the place but also the team behind it. Perfect location, minute away walking to all amazing spots and with all confort you could need and dream!!

Check in was excellent and the management company was very responsive when contacted. The location and apartment were also excellent. The outdoor sitting area was well appointed but there were birds on the roof so we didn’t like sitting there. The apartment was very clean, however, the entryway attracted bugs in the evenings. Overall we were there two weeks and had a good experience.
We had a great stay! Apartment was comfortable and clean. We were 5 adults and a 3 year old and had lots of space to hang. Location was dead center Malaga which was lovely. I'd go back in a heartbeat.
Very modern, spacious, clean and quiet apartment. Located in city center with many restaurants and shopping opportunities very close by. About a 20 minute easy walk to main train station. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location, property was as described & photos were actually true to life. Lift & washer & dryer were major benefits as was multiple bathrooms. Kitchen well appointed. Only issue was wifi did not reach master bedroom. Not a major issue. Overall a def 5/5. Will be back.

Needs Attention
The rooms are full of mold. There was obviously a leak that had been there prior to our arrival. The walls were full of water stains and pictures had been removed and mold forming. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and body wash, supplies at the apartment were very minimal. Communication with the property managers was awful. Took them over a day to respond to our concerns regarding the mold and other questions. And then another day for a phone call. We killed several roaches both in the entry to the building and in the kitchen of the apartment.

Fantastic apartment!
A fantastic apartment for staying in Malaga’s historic center. Steps away from shopping, restaurants and bars, as well as all the major attractions like the cathedral, museum and the old Roman amphitheater. The apartment looked exactly like the photos: clean, modern and extremely well appointed. The layout was great for my family: everyone had a private room, with a large and comfortable bed. The elevator and large bathrooms made it very easy for my aging parents to enjoy the property as well. Kitchen was beautiful and had excellent amenities and the en suite laundry was a huge help for the last week of our trip. The common areas, including the outdoor terrace were lovely and we enjoyed having several spaces to hang out and relax. Lastly, Carlos was an incredible host! He checked in my family before I arrived and shared helpful tips about the city, was very responsive and helped us with logistics challenges we encountered along the way. A wonderful stay! Highly recommended.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben sie vollständig gereinigt übergeben bekommen und konnten bei Rückfragen jederzeit Kontakt aufnehmen. Fragen wurden sehr zeitnah beantwortet. Besonders gut hat uns die Lage gefallen. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist ungefähr 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, keine Selbstverständlichkeit, denn die Wohnung ist wirklich absolut zentral. Dennoch hat man mit geschlossenen Fenstern nichts von der Umgebung mitbekommen. Kühlschrank und Tiefkühltruhe bieten viel Platz. Kaffeemaschine ist von Nespresso.
