Located in Krnica, this stylish villa surrounded by olive groves and fields with lavender has 3 bedrooms to host 8 guests. It is perfect for a group or families with children to enjoy the private swimming pool and air conditioning.

The house is only 20 km from Pula with the amphitheatre giving fun and entertainment. . Beach is nearby at 3 km . Supermarket (200 m) and restaurants (300 m) brings food and shopping at your doorstep.

Along with air conditioning there is also a fireplace to keep you comfortable in all climates. The living-dining room has a spacious 8 seater dining table, double sofa bed, and TV providing a relaxing space. As you prepare your evening barbecue on the terrace the kids will be delighted to explore the play equipment and have fun in the garden. The house provides parking.

Airport is at 20 km and train station is at 25 km.

Excellent host! There was a lot of complimentary fruit and desserts upon arrival. The house was beautiful and has everything you need. Really spacious. Beautiful pool and garden. Some nights we were unexpectedly greeted with delicious bakings made by the lovely host. Lots of little restaurants within walking distance and a bakery behind the house. 10/10 would definitly recommend!!

Das Haus hat alles, was Sie brauchen. 3 Schlafzimmer, Klimaanlage, Grill, voll ausgestattete Küche, Swimmingpool, … Es gibt eine kleine Bäckerei und einen Laden gleich um die Ecke sowie 3 Restaurants in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Es ist eine 25-30-minütige Fahrt nach Pula. Krnica Boat Excursions ist nur 5 Autominuten vom Hafen entfernt. Wir empfehlen diesen Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall!

Glockenturm morgens um 6 Uhr nervig, geht aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern Man benötigt zwingend ein Auto Haus super und hochwertige Ausstattung. Alles drin, alle Geräte, Gute Ausstattung der Terrassen. Kohle- und Gasgrill vorhanden. Pool wird zweimal die Woche von poolfirma gereinigt und überprüft Vermieterin sehr gastfreundlich. Bei Ankunft warmes Nussgebäck und großer Obstkorb, zwischendurch große Platte mit frischen Pfannkuchen, Palatschinken. Bei Abreise Flasche Likör erhalten. Sehr sauber und gepflegt alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wobei ein wenig abseits. Man erreicht aber in 5-10 min das Meer, welches von oberen Balkon auch in Sichtweite ist

Die Villa ist genial, drei schöne Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Badezimmer, ein extra WC im Erdgeschoss. Ein großer Wohnbereich mit Ausziehcouch für 2 weitere Personen, Esstisch für 8 Personen und Küche mit allem! Sehr nette, hilfsbereite, Hundeliebende Vermieter! Es sind etwa 20 km bis Pula, zum Einkauf, Gokart oder PaintBall. In Krnica, etwa 50 m von der Villa entfernt gibt es ein tolles Restaurant, am besten reservieren! Ist immer voll. Im kleinen Einkaufsladen gegenüber gibt es das Nötigste und morgens frische Brötchen. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt, man kann von der Straße aus nicht reinsehen! Das Auto kann direkt auf der Auffahrt parken und ist durch das hohe Elektrotor geschützt. Wir waren mit 7 Personen und Hund dort und es war ein toller Urlaub, jeder Zeit wieder.
