Beautiful Villa

We had a lovely family holiday in this beautiful well appointed villa, very clean and modern home in Torre, close enough for our older teens to walk down into town (bit of a hill for us older ones to walk back up !) Loads of restraints and cafes to eat in and the owner had left info folder with good suggestions and local recomendaciones. We had lived in the area previously and it was a good base to be in to rediscover some old favourites too. We had one issue on the morning of our departure and the owner , who lives locally, came immediately to fix it. Great host.

Perfect house for family and friends

We were two families (4 adults, 4 teenager, 1 child). It's a very modern house, has a lot of space and is very well located. You can reach the beach in about 15 minutes by walk. The house is super equipped (complete kitchen, towels in the 4 bathrooms, sheets in the bedrooms) and you get more than you expect, for example an outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Everything was very clean. We would like to thank our host for all the information and the great communication.

We're just back from a week-long stay. It was a last-minute booking, and everything was ready when we arrived. Really, we wanted to relax for a week. The villa is well located, an easy 30 min drive from Malaga airport. Everything is relatively new; the house is tastefully decorated and looks exactly like the pictures. The house is on a street of similar contemporary-style houses, and there is a view of the sea from the master suite and pool/terrace area. The pool was a great size, the kitchen well equipped, and the furniture incredibly comfortable. We only used the master suite, but the bed was incredible. The basement room with a large TV was a nice touch for evenings. The air conditioning was needed and very effective. There is ongoing construction in the immediate and distant surroundings. This led to building noise Mon-Fri, but it did not disturb us while in the house. There are neighbours all around you, and you can expect to hear them. As for the town itself, there is a steep hill walk to get anywhere; there are 3 supermarkets within 5 minutes drive, and we chose to use our car for all our journeys. Also, free parking down at the beach, which is not far away at all. We did venture out beyond the town - to Frigiliana and the unmissable Alhambra in Granada - both beautiful scenic drives through the mountains. But if all you want to do is sunbathe, you'll find this is an ideal spot to do it.
