Beautiful thatched Devon cottage located in a sought after village of South Milton. Only 4 miles to Salcombe and 1 mile to the National Trust beach of South Milton Sands near Thurlestone. A quintessential devon cottage with oak beans and an open fire. Sitting room is cost with inglenook fireplace and smart tv. The dining area is just beyond the sitting room with oak flooring and a farmhouse dining table to seat 6. There are 3 bedrooms one of which is downstairs which would suit someone with mobility problems. The king size and singles room is situated upstairs along with the bathroom. The fully enclosed walled garden is enclosed and ideal for people with pets. There is also a lawned garden to the side of the property.
