Villa Waikiki is an excellent option for families or friends seeking peaceful holidays in Albufeira, just a 15-minute walk from the city centre and 2 km from the beaches. The property offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.



On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), a bathroom and a balcony. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom, as well as a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine. The living/dining room is spacious and has direct access to the outdoor area with a pool.



The villa has an outdoor deck with a private pool (heatable as an optional extra), sun loungers, relaxation chairs, an outdoor dining table and a barbecue for outdoor meals.



Located in the quiet neighbourhood of Caliços, the villa is a 10-minute walk from supermarkets and local markets. The historic centre and Albufeira Strip are a 7-minute drive away.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests.

From the 7th to the 8th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
