Ground Floor: Cloakroom (WC and basin only), kitchen, snug garden, and parking.
1st Floor: Living room and 3rd bedroom (with bunkbeds).
2nd Floor: Main bathroom (with a bath, WC and separate rain shower), Bedroom 1 (King) and Bedroom 2 (Double).
The house is not childproofed and may not be suitable for infants (under two years) or any child that cannot use the stairs safely.
There is a bistro table and two chairs outside in the garden.
