This was a perfect apartment located close to the major attractions. The contact person was super nice. It was so well air conditioned (we were there during a heatwave.) it was comfortable. We would stay there again.

This property was excellent for my family of 5. It is well located near a main street with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. It is about a 15 minute walk to St. Mark's Square, an 8 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge, and a 8-10 minute walk to the Fondamente Nove water bus stop that services Murano, Burano, and the Marco Polo Airport. The air conditioning was a definite plus in the July/August heat. And we had plenty of space to not feel right on top of each other throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable and having two bathrooms for 5 people was a definitely plus. The hosts were awesome in communicating check-in procedures and for helping us out throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment and Venice Apartments hosts in general. It was perfect!

The apartment was in a great area. Walking distance to shops, local markets, people and restaurants. The double pull out bed (Bed3) is part of the common area, but we made it work. We had a wonderful time.

Great location and easy access and communication

Our stay was wonderful. We had to book last minute and they were quick to respond with directions. Air conditioning was great. Beds were comfortable. Lots of room to relax after sightseeing. The location was close to so much!

Stunning apartment in Venice! We were thrilled to stay in this comfortable apartment. We heard horror stories on the rail from others' experienced, but not us! Air conditioner was outstanding! Bathrooms and apartment sparkling. Loved the interior. We had wonderful showers AND a clothes washer. This place had it all and was wonderfully placed close to the water taxi, Rialto's Bridge and St. Mark's plaza. Gratzi

All sizzle, no steak.

The property is beautifully decorated and well-located; however, the functionality left a lot to be desired. Most importantly, the listing noted that the upstairs loft had a pullout sleeper sofa but it was just a sofa. Our friends had to sleep on the couch cushions on the floor (there were no sheets for them either). Also, the stairs to the loft were VERY small and steep, FYI. The WiFi info posted in the apartment was incorrect (when we called to ask about it, they let us know that the router was changed and the new info was under the router - but the previous info remained posted and in the info binder). The clothes washer leaked water on the floor when we used it, as did one of the showers. The breaker tripped 3 different times when we ran the dishwasher, and we lost power several times. The breaker box in the apartment did not fix it, so we called and were told to use the breaker box downstairs to fix it. The kitchen tables were EXCEPTIONALLY squeaky and unstable (spilled several beverages). The owners/managers were very responsive to any issue we brought up, but unfortunately there were several. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed Venice and aspects of this stay, but there were a lot of little annoyances, which would not have been a big deal on their own, but the lack of a bed for our friends was a big deal.
