Apartment with terrace in the Historic Centre of Venice, recently renovated. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Magnificent terrace with a view of the Church of San Gregorio. High-level furnishings. The location is extraordinary, just a few steps from the Basilica della Salute and just 5 minutes by vaporetto from St. Mark's Square (10 minutes on foot). Attention: second floor with steep stairs. Accommodation not suitable for children. Upon request, 2 additional beds (sofa bed). Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival) ID: IT027042B472VTRWC3.

Für alle, die nicht mehr so fit sind, könnte es schwierig werden, die sehr steilen, schmalen und brösligen Treppen hinaufzukommen. Das sollte so kommuniziert werden. Für uns war es noch ok. Wieman mit großen Koffern hinaufkäme ist ein Rätsel.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in einer eher ruhigen Ecke von Dorsoduro, absolutes Highlight ist die Dachterrasse (steile Treppe) wo wir täglich in der Morgensonne gefrühstückt haben.
