The Courtyard is a fabulous apartment which covers two floors, the ground floor and the basement and has recently been redecorated throughout. Offering you the bonus of a traditional courtyard to tuck yourselves away at the end of the day. Located in the heart of Bowness on Windermere, only moments from the lake shore and the amenities of this popular Lake District village. Full of character with its traditional stone and slate exterior, the property offers high quality stylish accommodation.

Please note that the hot tub can only be used between 8am and 9pm to comply with neighbourhood restrictions.

Other things to note
We provide a free parking permit which allows guests to park in a number of car parks around the area. The nearest one to the property is approximately 3 minutes walk.
The TV provided in the property is a smart TV and is not connected to cable but guests are welcome to connect to their own viewing apps.
Please note that the hot tub can only be used between 8am and 9pm to comply with neighbourhood restrictions.
