All the outdoor areas are well-kept, and there is also a parking area within the property.Interior
Villa Isabo’ dates back to 1889, as is written on the entrance door. It is entirely in stone and was recently restored, maintaining the typical Lucca charm whilst adding precious details and textiles and lampshades from the Pratesi family. The house is a historical asset and as such has not been structurally renovated, maintaining elements like the steep indoor stairs that lead to the second floor. The electric and water works, however, have been recently installed. The ground floor leads to a spacious living room with an elegant wooden table; on its right you will find the well-equipped kitchen with an gas cooker dating back to the 50s and designed by a well-known Italian designer, while the fridge and freezer are right next to the kitchen in a separate room together with the washing machine, iron and ironing board. The ground floor also features a large living room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and prints showing the family’s history. Twelve steps lead up from the ground floor living room to the first floor, where guests will find three double bedrooms, two of which have a private bathroom with shower, whilst the third leads to the kid’s room with a beautiful white wooden bunk bed, and one bathroom with shower.
From here, another staircase leads to the second floor which features a sloped ceiling, with a small living room, one bedroom with two beds ideal for children, and one bathroom with shower. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.
